Hi everyone!
Today I have a brand new design team layout to share with you featuring the brand new Cocoa Vanilla Studio Colour Me Happy collection!
The inspiration for this layout came from that colourful 'You are my Sun, My Moon' card....I just loved the colours and knew I wanted to use my watercolour paints to add the same colours to the background star paper.
I wanted to break up the background a little bit so I took one of the stars from the cut files that compliments the 'Colour Me Happy' collection and blew it up a bit bigger, I then machine stitched around the outline of the star to add some extra texture!
Here is a close-up of some of the watercolour painting I added to the background paper. I used lots of pieces from the snippets sheet to embellish as well as some of the flair and wood veneer!
