It’s Tarrah back with you today to share a new scrapbook layout created for Cocoa Vanilla Studio featuring the gorgeous Daydream collection. This weeks assignment for me was to create a project inspired by the gorgeous November 2021 mood board designed by fellow design team member Melissa Vining.

I took inspiration from the rainbow and clouds image choosing the Over the Rainbow paper as my main background paper. I also trimmed this paper down slightly and adhered it to the ‘B’ side of the Up in the Clouds paper to mat my entire layout. I then machine stitched a border around the edge of my layout. I cut out a title cut file from CUT to YOU using white cardstock and backed the word ‘Special’ and the hearts with some of the papers from the A5 paper stack.
I adhered the cut file using foam tape to the centre of my page and placed my photo in the top right of the cut file. I layered a paper from the A5 paper stack underneath and placed a tab sticker here too. I took a few cloud cut outs and adhered those using foam tape around my page to represent the clouds in the Mood Board image. On the clouds I placed some phrase stickers from the Accessory sticker sheet, I love how these help to tell my story.
Above my photo I placed the rainbow die-cut from the ephemera pack and also used placed lots of florals tucked in to various spots on my page above the word ‘Special’ I cut out the word ‘Thankful’ from the Happy Place paper. Lastly I placed 2 of the blue hearts on the right of my page to help with the visual triangle rule.
