Remember This Place | Bramble Fox

Hey creative friends!

Travel memories have a special way of staying with us, and this layout is all about celebrating one of those unforgettable moments. Using the gorgeous 'Remember This Place' perspextive title from the Road Trip pack, a globe woodie from the Travel Woodie pack and a suitcase perspextive from the Travel Bits pack all from Bramble Fox. I created a vibrant travel-themed page, using Paige Taylor Evan's Adventurous collection, that captures the magic of visiting the iconic Leaning Tower of Pisa.

One of the first things you’ll notice is the striking border made from stamp-themed patterned paper. The colourful mix of travel-inspired icons—cities, landmarks, bicycles, and hot air balloons—creates the perfect frame for a layout dedicated to adventure. I love how this border instantly sets the tone and tells the story before you even look at the photos. From white cardstock, I cut out the large postage stamp cut file from the Love Letters cut file set. To keep the focus on the photos, I balanced the busy border with a soft blue background in the centre. This creates a calm space where the eye can rest while still allowing the bright elements to shine, I also machine stitched around the edge of the cut file to add some texture.

The 'Remember This Place' perspextive title truly steals the show here. Positioned across the centre, the layered acrylic effect adds depth and dimension that immediately draws attention. The warm tones of the title complement the surrounding embellishments beautifully while still standing out against the softer background.

I love how the arrow in the design subtly points toward the photos, reinforcing the idea of holding onto this special memory.

To bring everything together, I added clusters of embellishments around the photos and title:

  • Floral elements for a pop of color and softness
  • Travel icons like suitcases and stamps to enhance the theme

  • Small hearts and labels for a playful, personal touch

The layering helps create depth without overwhelming the design, and each piece contributes to the storytelling.

A few finishing details help complete the layout:

  • A subtitle reading 'Leaning Tower of Pisa' using alphabet stickers anchors the page

  • Date stamping adds a meaningful record of the trip

  • Small phrase strips like “Travelogue,” “Out & About,” and “People & Places” reinforce the travel narrative

This layout is a celebration of travel, discovery, and unforgettable places. The combination of structured photo placement, vibrant patterns, and that standout perspextive title creates a page that feels both fun and meaningful.

If you’re documenting your own adventures, try mixing bold patterned borders with a calmer central area—it’s a great way to highlight your photos while still telling a rich, layered story.

Thanks so much for stopping by, and I hope this inspires you to remember your favourite places and turn those memories into something beautiful.

Happy scrapping!

Tarrah x
