Its reveal time again for sketch number #284 over at Creative Scrappers!
The CS design team were lucky enough to choose some cut files to play with from the lovely Juliana Michaels shop 17 Turtles...I chose the Carnival Ticket Border..
This is the awesome sketch that Juliana designed as well...
I used mostly Elle's Studio products on this one!
