Hi everyone.... well I have been a busy scrapping and have some layouts to share yet again!!! :D

This layout below was set by Lisa Kamphuis for the March Cybercrop over at Mad About Scrappin It was the DT's choice for the challenges so Lisa asked for us to scrap about what we love about scrapbooking, the colour combo, pink, brown and white, a heart and some chipboard.
I have scrapped about the wonderful scrapping opportunities that have come my way lately and how they make me feel. I used pink, brown and white plus a little blue as well, small pearl hearts and a chipboard heart also.

This one below is from the gorgeous Lisa Webb from MAD for the March CC as well, she set a challenge to do a Christmas layout using 3 photos, two patterned papers, tear one of the papers, rub-ons and a journal tag.

Used up some OLD Basic Grey 'Figgy Pudding' range that I have had for yonks!!!!

This sketch below is the challenge I set for the March Cybercrop over at MAD....its an 8.5 x 11 sketch by Becky Fleck from Page Maps....

And here is my take on it...I made the sketch work for my traditional 12 x 12 layout. I also asked to see some paint on the layouts as well. I used an old toothbrush and flicked blue paint on my layout.

Hi everyone.....

Hope you all had a great weekend........ I had a nice one... had a 6 hour crop night that I went to on Saturday night at my LSS. Here are the two layouts that I did there...they are 'just because ones' I am particularly happy with how 'So Thankful For You' turned out as I love the photo of My Mum and I on my Wedding Day. I have hidden the journalling under the right hand side of the photo. I have used mostly Bella and Prima on this one.

 Here is the other layout I did at the crop night.......I wanted to try doing a fairly grungy layout for the photos of myself and my school friends way back in the day..........I love the black and pink combo together....

These cards are from The Seasoned Scrapper Week 8 challenge over at Little Scrapbook Shop.... you had to make 2 cards, include some green on your cards and include some chipboard too.

 

I also finally worked out how to include my name on the photos of my work as well...so I will be doing this from now on for Copyright reasons.

Over at The Little Scrapbook Shop Tara set a St. Patricks Day challenge to do a monochromatic green layout, I had the perfect photos from Ireland last August so this is the result of me kissing the Blarney Stone, it was cool.

'Bowling Bonanza' is a DT one for ScrapAWhile Alita taught this double layout to the girls in class so I can now reveal to you the full layout. Used Sassafras Lass 'Amplify' for this one, love bright and funky papers!!!

Well I am off to my parents for a bit of R and R for the weekend....... and scrapping too of course, have a great weekend everyone, I will be back next week no doubt!!! Thanks for looking,

I have been joining in over at Little Scrapbook Shop for their March Cybercrop "The Good, The Bad and The Ugly" this layout below was for the 'ugly' challenge, to scrap something ugly, set by Nicole Brown. Poor Luke he looks awful in this photo, not his best photo I can tell you..... :D Great moment to scrap though..... :D 

The 'Cute Little Buddy' one is when Luke is only 8 months old and this challenge was set by Kerryn Leworthy at LSBS Cybercrop to do paper pleating on your layout. Love Sassafras Lass stuf..... :D

'It's Almost Summer' is from LSBS 'The Seasoned Scrapper' Week 6 to take inspiration from the song 'It's Almost Summer' by Billy Thorpe.

Well I have been super busy getting all my layouts done for the various kits I need to do for my DT's!!!!! I just so love being on every one of my DT's. I love that it makes me scrap heaps!!! So of course I had fun creating all these layouts.
Thought I would give you a little sneak at what I have been creating........I will post the full layouts once the kits go on sale.

'Groovy Baby' was from Belinda's awesome challenge over at Scrap With V for the Colourific Shagadelic Cybercrop!!  

'Flower Power' is also from Scrap With V as well, it's the challenge for the DT only.

Had a blast doing all these bright and fun layouts. I used lots of photos of me when I used to think I was model material!!!!!!!!!  LOL!! Yeah right!!!!!

Some exciting news, Scrap N Art, a US online magazine accepted one of my double layouts to be published and I just received my free subscription and what do you know, there was my layout!!!! So excited!!! 2010 has certainly been the year for me with my scrapping. So many opportunities have come forth for me this year and I never thought that I would ever be 'that good'. I know I shouldn't doubt myself but we are our own worse critics and me I'm terrible to myself!!!  Coming up in the next issue of Scrapbooking Memories, Vol 12 No. 3, I have my first layout to be accepted being published!!! Look out for me and come and tell me what you think of it. I personally (Oh and my Mum hehe) don't think it's one of my best layouts but it was what they were after I suppose. See here I go again critising myself!! That often happens though, something you don't think is a great piece, the magazines snap up straight away!!! In Vol 12, No. 4 ,I actually have 2 layouts that will be in there, I am on a roll at the moment. So stoked!!!!

This layout below is the result of the kit that I was sent to work with from Ness at Scrap With V I absolutely LOVED working with this kit and I was so surprised how easy it all came together for me too. This kit is now available for purchase along with all the other gorgeous kits as well at Scrap With V. They are all such great prices too so head on over to the Shop and pick up some great deals.

At Scrap With V, it was my turn to set the monthly DT choice challenge for the beginning of March. Since its the start of Autumn I set my challenge based on Autumn. Asking for the colour scheme orange and black and to include a tree embellishment on your layout as well. This is my sample below.
