This is my latest layout from a challenge set over at Enchanted to do a layout of a 2009 milestone. My greatest milestone for last year would have to be my trip overseas to some amazing places. The only criteria was to have '2009' somewhere on your layout and to include memorabilia from your milestone.
I knew I wanted to do a double for this as well, I have been wanting to better myself with doubles so its good practice for me ;)

HAPPY AUSTRALIA DAY EVERYONE!!!

We went camping with some friends to Myall Lakes/Violet Hill for the weekend of Friday the 22nd of January till Sunday the 24th 2010. We had a great time and the weather was awesome, quite hot so we swam in the lake heaps. Everyone had heaps of fun doing 'tricks' into the lake on bikes and just bombing and somersaulting as well. We also went in the boat so we could have some fun in the tube!!!
Here are a few piccies from our fun weekend :)

Luke looking very patriotic and cute!!!

Simon showing what he's made of!!!! Hehe

Our friend Nathan 'Wicksy' pulling some stunts :)

Simon and Luke having so much fun in the tube

Then Luke got really game and got in by himself and LOVED it!!!

Then it was my turn............and it was fun except a little rough on the old head getting bounced around
hehe!!!

This layout is from the January Sketch Challenge over at Scrap With V that Millie set.
It was a great sketch to play with and I hope to use it again.

I have been joining in all the fun over at Little Scrapbook Shop in the January 'Freestyle' Cybercrop. This layout below is from Challenge 2 set by Kerryn Leworthy to use a swipe of paint underneath your title. I have wanted to scrap this photo for a while now, so glad to have got it done :)

Below is my take from the layout sketch set by Belle Comerford at LSBS in the Jan CC. We also had to use at least 3 'found' items. 'Found' meaning something you have kept/found that is non-scrapping material. My three items are the Robbie Williams ticket, the orange Robbie ribbon and the black mesh.

This photo below is my take on the Card Challenge at the January Cybercrop at LSBS The challewas to use the sketch for inspiration but to only use 1 sheet of double-sided patterned paper on all four cards. No other paper allowed besides the cardstock and embellies were allowed ;)
I used KI Memories PP.

Thanks for looking :)

Here are another two projects I have just finished.
This is a layout of Luke's Santa photo from 2008 using the new
Kaisercraft Christmas Carnival Collection

This card was just what I felt like doing to use up some scraps :)

Come on over and join in the fun at Enchanted in their January Cybercrop. Plenty of fun and challenges for everyone and the best part is it's being held on the long weekend so there is extra time to get your challenges finished!! Woohoo :)

Back soon, thanks for visiting.

Well here are my latest layouts that I have managed to get done while on my short break from work.

This one below is from the 52 Pick Up challenges over at Little Scrapbook Shop sadly it was the last one for the year. I had such a great time throughout the year with these challenges and it made me scrap SO much more than ever would have had I not joined in. So the theme for this one was Distressing because we are all distressed that the 52 Pick Up is over. So we had to rip, tear, crumple, sand, ink, paint, staple to our hearts content and we also had to use a 'found' item. Something you wouldn't normally buy to scrap with is classed as found. I have used the Kaisercraft 'Dear Santa' packaging tag on my layout.

This one below is from the 52 Pick Up Challenges over at Little Scrapbook Shop the challenge was to go with this poem: 'Something Old, Something New, Something Creative, Something You'. This is a layout of my Grandfather who I never knew. He is my Mum's Dad. My 'creative' thing is having a go at the sewing pattern flower. I enjoy doing vintage type layouts at the moment.

This one below is from the 52 Pick Up over at Little Scrapbook Shop as well, this challenge was to make the flower on the layout using a round punch. So easy and an effective result too.

Thanks for taking a look, til next time, take care

Come over and join in the fun at Little Scrapbook Shop for the January Cybercrop, its always lots of laughs, chat and sometimes we get some scrapping done!!!! Should be lots of fun.
HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!
May 2010 bring you and your families much health, happiness and love.
I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and that took heaps of photos for some inspiration. Here are some Christmas photos I want to share with you from before Christmas and also towards the New Year.

This one is from Christmas Day. My brother Nathan gave Luke a real guitar and he of course loves it. Here he is 'rocking out'!!

Then Uncle Nathan thought they could have a jam session together!!

Luke loves to join in helping everyone to open their presents....

We took Luke into Scone to see some Christmas lights, he loved it.

Back to share some scrapping later.
