Luke with a big cheesy grin on his face!!

He often loves to dress up at the moment so I get the camera at every moment I can!!
Take care and I will be back real soon Tx
A selfy shot of me and my special boy on his 4th birthday, love you babe xx

This what we gave to Luke for his 4th birthday on the 21st of October. He LOVES it of course.

LOL, I just love this hilarious photo of my hubby! I bought this police 'bobby' hat back for Luke when I went to England in August. Some of the kids at Luke's 4th birthday party were wearing it and so hubby decided that it would look the best on him!!! Don't you just love how the two chins are so pronounced where the elastic is sitting? And you can't go past that cheeky grin!

Back soon Tx

Over at Enchanted their November Cybercrop was based on Childrens Books. This layout was to use a cute little animal from the Wind in the Willows series so I have used a rabbit. These photos are of Luke at daycare singing 'Little Peter Rabbit Had a Fly Upon His Nose' with all his friends- it was so cute seeing them all sing together.

This one below was my take on Tracey's Surprise Challenge from the November CC at Enchanted.

The layout below was my take on one of the Enchanted CC challenges-do a layout using a Dr. Seuss title and include a picture of one of the animals from the Dr. Seuss books or use red and white instead of a picture.

Thanks for stopping by,

Over at Enchanted, Week three of The Christmas Carol competition is the carol 'Rudolf the Red Nosed Reindeer'. Criteria was to use a photo of a pet or a fave family game. There was to be a heart included and also a metallic item or metallic paint used also. It didn't have to be about Rudolf but I went with that theme anyway.

The next one below is from LSBS from their November Cybercrop. It was their Christmas Crafty Cybercrop. The theme was to do a layout on 'Giving'.

These little goodie bags are from LSBS Christmas Cybercrop as well, aren't they cute? They are SOOO easy to make and I just love them! I will fill them with some chocies and give them aa gift.

This next project is from LSBS Christmas Cybercrop as well. You had to get a tin with a ring pull and empty the contents, wash it up, turn it upside down, use a can opener and take off the bottom. Fill the tin with whatever gift (just don't make it too heavy) and then reseal the bottom with some scotch tape. Decorate as desired. I love how this has turned out and I think its such a great idea. My Mum is not going to want to pull the ring pull!!!!

This layout is for Challenge Two over at Enchanted in the Christmas Carol competition. The inspiration for this one is the carol 'O Christmas Tree. The criteria was to use the colours green and white mostly, use one tree and to replace a word with a letter, number or symbol/picture.

Be back soon

Over at LittleScrapbook Shop the challenge for 52 Pick Up Week 45 is to create a layout with at least three layers using the following criteria...

1. overlapping photos
2. a photo going UNDER the patterned paper
3. an element on top of a photo

Here is my take on the challenge. My layout is inspired by the gorgeous Nicole Pomeroy using the very lush Websters Pages and a bit of Darkroom Door as well.

Thanks for taking a peak,

Over at Enchanted Scrapbooking they are having a Christmas Carols challenge each week leading up to Christmas. Each week is a new Christmas Carol to be inspired by. The first weeks carol is 'All I Want For Christmas Is My Two Front Teeth' so the challenge was to use two photos only and they had to have NO or FAKE smiles, 'All I Want' was to be included in title or journalling and it didn't have to be Christmas themed but you could if you like. So here is my take on the challenge, I chose not to do a Christmas theme.

This next one is from Enchanted as well and it's the November Limited challenge. Each month they have a challenge where the ingredients for your layout are 'limited' to certain things. This months was to use two different fonts in your title, 1 round embellishment, 2 diecut/shapes, journalling strips and the paper sizes were specific as well, from the 'extras' list there were a few things you could use, I used ink and a pen from that list.

Take care and I will be back soon to share more.

Over at Scrapboxx the new winning DT member Leanne Allinson set a challenge to use the colour blue, at least one flower and some paint on a layout. This is my take on her challenge.

Hopefully will be back to blog again real soon.

Hi everyone, I am back again. Its Melbourne Cup Day today and being a hairdresser we get the day off yeehoo!! Unfortunately I didn't make it through to Round 4 for the DT spot over at Scrapboxx the competition was pretty fierce, they have some talented scrappers over there indeed. I was happy with how far I got though so will try out for any other spots I here of opening up.

I have now officially had 4 yes, 4 layouts accepted for publication in Scrapbooking Memories!!! None of them have made it in there yet but hopefully they all will. So I can't share with you until they have been published. But here are some other layouts I have been doing lately.

Over at LSBS Tash had set a challenge to use 'negatives' on your layouts. So I chose to use an October Afternoon Journal Card template. Here is what I came up with.

This fridge frame was also a challenge from LSBS, it was to use at least one flower and a quote and to attach a magnet on the back for your fridge.

This is just a layout I have wanted to get done for a while now, feels great to have finally got it together.
